Grievance Committee : A Grievance Committee is set up consisting of the following members -  Principal , Vice-Principal , Controller of Examination , Deans of Academic Affairs and this facilitates the staff and students to come out with their grievances.

Mentor System: The Mentor System helps students to thrive in meaningful ways and to grow  in self-understanding in order to make a more satisfying and better use of their personal and interpersonal resources.

Suggestion Box :The Suggestion box kept in the Principal’s office also helps the students to express their ideas and suggestions.
