During March 2007 Institute Industry Interface cell and Dept of MBA carried a Consultancy work for I-Gate Mas Technologies, USA. The Project was to identify the willingness of students and parents towards BPO Jobs in Madurai. Two types of Questionnaire was prepared for the students and parents, administered to a sample size of 200 each and the results where submitted to the Company as per the deal.

23rd and 24th June, Mrs. Bavithra Matherasi, HOD, from IT Dept attended a two days technical session of IBM at RL. Institute, Madurai. Mr.Venkat from IBM Technologies, Chennai sponsored 15 IBM software to Fatima College for the utility of students and staff.
On 16th July the first Placement Coordinators meeting was held in the presence of the Vice Principals.
23rd July the Placement Officer had a Orientation Program for the Placement Coordinators in regards the various issues related to placement activities.
